These rules apply to every player on Viva Ponata, in every part of the game — chat, mail, profiles, clans and studios, and any support ticket you open. Breaking them can lead to a warning, a mute, or a ban, depending on severity (see Section 12).

Mature Language & Content Policy
Viva Ponata is an 18+ game — crude language and obscene content are allowed in chat and profiles. Hate speech, real threats, doxxing, and content sexualizing minors are never allowed, no matter what. See Section 8.
Follow the law. Do not use Viva Ponata to plan, coordinate, or advertise real-world illegal activity.
No real-life threats of violence, harm, or self-harm, directed at another player, a member of staff, or anyone else. This applies regardless of any other content permission on this page and is reported to platform safety immediately.
No doxxing. Do not post, request, or threaten to post another person's real name, address, workplace, phone number, or other identifying information.
Do not impersonate staff, other players, or real people.
Staff decisions on rule enforcement are final in-game. Use the appeals process (Section 12) if you believe a decision was wrong — do not escalate disputes through harassment or retaliation.
2. Multiple Accounts
One account per person. Creating or controlling a second ("multi") account for scouting, farming, vote manipulation, market manipulation, or bypassing a ban is not allowed.
Sharing a household or an internet connection with another genuine player is fine — contact support so the accounts can be flagged as related and avoid an automatic multi-accounting flag.
A banned player is banned. Creating a new account to keep playing during or after a ban is a bannable offense on the new account too.
3. Botting & Scripting
No scripting of any kind. This means no bots, macros, autoclickers, or browser extensions/userscripts that play the game, read game state, or submit actions on your behalf — full stop. Viva Ponata has no "approved script" allowance; every form of automation is banned, with no exceptions.
This includes tools that only assist decision-making (auto-calculators, notification scripts, etc.) if they interact with the live game in any way.
Manually using browser accessibility features (screen readers, zoom, translation) is fine — the line is whether the tool acts on the game for you, not whether you use assistive technology to read it.
4. Exploits & Bugs
If you find a bug, stop using it and report it immediately through Bug Tracking or a support ticket.
Knowingly abusing a bug for personal gain (money, items, stats, XP) is bannable and may result in a rollback of the gains.
Do not share exploit details publicly (chat, forums, wiki) before staff have confirmed it is fixed.
5. Real-World Trading (RWT)
Buying, selling, or trading in-game currency, items, or accounts for real money, cryptocurrency, or goods outside of the official store is not allowed.
Do not advertise RWT services in chat, mail, forums, or your profile.
Accounts caught buying or selling RWT services may be permanently banned, on both sides of the trade.
6. Fair Trading & Scamming
Deliberately deceiving another player to take their items, money, or account access (fake trades, fake giveaways, fake loans) is not allowed.
Use the bank, market, and trade features for the trade you actually agreed to.
"Buyer/seller beware" is not a reason for staff to ignore a reported scam — report it and staff will investigate.
7. Account Security & Sharing
Your account is yours alone. Do not sell, rent, or give away access to it.
Keep your password private and unique to Viva Ponata. Staff will never ask for your password.
If your account is compromised, contact support immediately — actions taken by a compromised account are still your responsibility to report promptly, but staff will work with you to restore it.
8. Chat & Content — Language Policy
Viva Ponata is an 18+ game. Crude language, dark humor, and obscene or explicit content are allowed in chat, your bio, and your profile.
What is still never allowed, regardless of the above: content sexualizing minors in any way; real hate speech or slurs used to attack someone's race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability; genuine threats of violence; doxxing; and content that is illegal to host.
"Obscene is fine" does not cover targeted harassment — repeatedly directing obscene content at a player who has asked you to stop is harassment, not just crude language.
Spamming chat, flooding, or posting unsolicited links (including RWT and third-party ads — see Sections 5 and 10) is not allowed.
9. Names & Profile Content
Character, clan/studio, and item names follow the same language policy as Section 8 — obscene names are allowed; hate speech, slurs, doxxing, and impersonation of staff are not.
Names impersonating staff or built-in game systems (for example, names starting with "Admin", "Staff", or "System") are not allowed.
Uploaded avatars and images follow the same hard-banned list as Section 8.2, plus: no real-world photos of anyone without their consent.
10. Advertising & Spam
Do not advertise other games, servers, or unrelated external services (including referral links) in chat, mail, forums, or your profile.
Recruiting for your own in-game clan or studio through the appropriate channels is fine; mass-spamming an invite to every player is not.
11. Clans & Studios
Clan and studio leaders are responsible for their group's public name, banner, and description meeting the rules in Sections 8 and 9.
Using a clan or studio's shared resources (bank, vault) to enable rule-breaking by members (RWT, scamming) makes the leadership accountable alongside the individual member.
12. Enforcement & Appeals
Most rules are enforced on a warn → mute → temporary ban → permanent ban ladder, at staff's discretion based on severity. Real-World Trading (Section 5) and real-world threats or doxxing (Section 1) skip straight to a ban.
If you believe a punishment was a mistake, open a support ticket to appeal — do not create a new account to evade it.
